BRISA Is Working With SELCO To Improve Its Supply Chain
Warehouse Automation Project [2019]
BRISA has worked with SELCO to empower its supply chain with next generation technologies. The project completed as the first phase of the Warehouse Optimization project has enabled BRISA to capture operational efficiency opportunities and have an end-to-end visibility to all warehouse processes and key performance indicators. Using the SCOR model, SELCO’s deliverables were threefold:
- to map all logistic processes from receiving of goods from factories to shipment to customers
- to identify all quick wins and improvement areas for efficiency
- to design the end-to-end performance metric system for performance visibility
