Erenler Factory Design Project [2014]
SELCO has provided engineering and consultancy services for Turk Traktor’s new assembly factory at Erenler. The services included in-plant logistics flow design and supplier evaluation, including detailed studies for layout, traffic flow, material handling system design, and storage systems design.
Proplanner Implementation [2013]
In order to better manage the manufacturing processes with time study and line balancing capabilities, Türk Traktör, the leading tractor manufacturer and exporter in Turkey, has implemented Assembly Planner software, SELCO being the implementation partner.
Assembly Planner is a suite of manufacturing process engineering tools integrated to a database to help engineers create and manage process information in order to improve their manufacturing operations, with emphasis on assembly-oriented tasks.
SELCO, who has supported Turk Traktor in the implementation of the software through requirements analysis, software implementation, developing additional functionalities, and training.
